Legal action against racial profiling – call for a manifestation & trial
observation in solidarity

Since years, people affected by racist police controls and their
supporters call attention to the massive police problem in St. Pauli
since the begin of the operations of the socalled ‘Task Force Drugs’.
The alarming normality of racist police practices is, nevertheless, not
accepted but leads to diverse forms of resistance and the activation of
praxes in solidarity.
Now an inhabitant of St. Pauli, who became regularly victim of racist
profiling, has brought in a lawsuit against this discriminatory police
practice before the Administrative Court.
We ask you to accompany this court case in solidarity or participate in
the official manifestation in front of the Administrative Court. Come at
Wednesday, 12th August, 10:00 am to the Administrative Court (Lübecker
Tordamm 4) and show your solidarity with him.
Manifestation 10:00 am to 2 pm.
Start of the court case 10:30 am.
For an end of racist police controls in St. Pauli – and elsewhere!
Abolish ‘danger zones’!
